Course introduction

As a Certified Product Innovation Professional (CPIP), you will delve into the exciting world of innovative product development. This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to drive successful product innovation within your organization. From ideation to launch, you will learn the key frameworks, tools, and techniques essential for creating groundbreaking products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.

The course curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including market research, design thinking, rapid prototyping, and product lifecycle management. You will apply these concepts to a real-life product idea. By the end of the course, you will have a comprehensive understanding of how to identify opportunities, generate creative solutions, and bring innovative products to market effectively.

Format of the course

The course is divided into 6 sections:

• Foundations
• Discover
• Define
• Design
• Drive
• Deliver

We’ll cover one section at a time, and each week you will perform the work in that section. This is more than an online course. This is practical, hands-on experience where you learn and practice together with our trainers.

Expectations

• Every week, you complete the Activities scheduled for that week and submit your deliverables to the trainers for review.
• Each week, you schedule and participate in a 1-on-1 coaching call to review your work and get feedback for improvement.
• You also participate in group coaching calls where we discuss the topics of the course and answer any questions participants may have.
• You can also post and share your work with the community, so that you can learn from each other.
